“Tea and Comfort” tea notes are little passages of sweetly hand-written Scripture (King James Version) to be savored while sipping tea. Attach a note to each tea bag in a box of tea and give someone a quiet moment of joy from God’s Word each time they brew a cup.

Materials needed:

- Printed “Tea and Comfort” tea notes

- Colored pencils, crayons or coloring implement of choice

- Glue

- Scissors

- Stapler and staples

- A box of tea with individually-wrapped tea bags

- Ribbon or string

Instructions:

1. Color tea notes.

2. Use scissors to cut out tea notes.

3. Very carefully open the box of tea and remove all the individually-wrapped tea bags.

4. Choose tea notes according to the number of tea bags included in the box of tea and fold notes in half. Using a stapler, carefully staple a tea note to each bag (NOTE: Be careful to staple the note to the wrapper only and not to the mesh tea bag inside! It could cause the tea bag to rip.)

5. Glue label(s) to the outside of the tea box.

6. Cut or punch a hole in the gift tag and attach it to the tea box with ribbon or string.

7. Put note-attached tea bags back into the tea box and carefully close up the box.
